E: [email protected] Lauren established Bluestone Cottage Health in 2009 originally located in Strathalbyn this highly regarded Health Clinic relocated back to Lauren's hometown Meadows in 2025.
Lauren completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) in 2014 and Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Sports Massage and Craniosacral Therapy in 2008. Lauren is trained in Cupping Therapy and is also a qualified Dry Needling Therapist. She is a registered member of ATMS Association. Lauren is an experienced and respected practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience. As a clinician Lauren uses her clinical experience, traditional practices and current research to treat each client individually while continuing to complete training and courses across both Remedial Massage and Naturopathy to bring the most current and up to date treatments and information to every consult. Lauren is continually inspired and humbled by her patients she is passionate about clinical practice and prides herself on safe and and effective treatments to achieve everyone's individual health goals. Her compassionate and caring nature along with her hardworking attitude creates a platform for successful client outcomes. Lauren is available as a Naturopath on Mondays and as a Remedial Massage Therapist on Tuesdays & Fridays. |

LISA PEARCE - Diploma Remedial Massage
Lisa has a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
She received her Diploma of Remedial Massage from The Natural Health Academy in 2008 and has been practising for over 16 years. She is a registered member of ATMS Association. Lisa Has been a part of the Bluestone Cottage team for 10 years. She has a passion for Remedial Massage after seeing it improve her own well-being. Her many years of clinical experience allows her to effectively treat a range of complaints. She will work with you to help you achieve and maintain optimal health. Lisa is available Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays. |

REBECCA MULQUEEN - Diploma Remedial Massage & Oncology Massage.
Rebecca has a Diploma of Remedial Massage. She is also a qualified Oncology Massage Therapist.
She is a registered member of Australian Natural Therapist Association. Rebecca studied at Endeavour College of Natural Health and completed training in Oncology and Critical Care Massage from Oncology Massage Australia. Originally from the far west coast of SA she now resides in Meadows with her family. She enjoys weekend sport with her two children and spending time in the great outdoors. Rebecca will work with you so you can move easily. be active at any stage of life and feel your absolute best. Rebecca is available Wednesdays and Thursdays. |

Anna-Marie is our amazing front of house staff. She has been a part of the Bluestone Cottage team for 16 years and brings a wealth of experience in admin and Accounting.
Her friendly and caring nature allows her to effectively and professionally communicate and liaise between both clients and practitioners. She has extensive knowledge in all modalities offered at the clinic and will be able to assist you with queries, products and appointments. |
